I've seen some 3rd party bookmark manager apps that add keywords for sorting, searching and organizing bookmarks, and that might be nice too, but for myself I just really want a way to keep the same bookmarks cross-browser/cross-platform in one place. If it could be available within browser apps on mobile that would be nice too, but I just don't know if that's possible. To save bookmarks people could again access the extension in the browser or perhaps export a URL to the app on mobile. As an app perhaps it could be a separate app that has all your bookmarks organized and you can tap one to open it in a browser app of your choice. Well, I'm not sure what the best/easiest way to do it would be, but perhaps a browser extension/app? As a browser extension you could click the icon and it would let you navigate your bookmarks which could be organized into folders.
